Five generations after its founding, the longest-running raisin company continues to play a dominant role in the international market, remaining purely Greek. With its headquarters in Aigio, the new generation leads the Couniniotis Group of Companies to the future, standing on solid foundations.

1876
Τhe cradle of today's large complex is created. The foundation stone is placed in a substandard factory – warehouse.
1903
A new factory is established on the beach of Egio so that it is located near the port and the product can be easily loaded on ships.
1933
Currants are beginning to spread and conquer the world and the company is evolving, exporting to new countries, upgrading its machines that are now motorized and increasing the quantities it produces.
1957
The roote of the company continues to be upward even after the Second World War. The demand for the product is increasing and in order to meet the needs the company launches the first factory in Patras.
1967
The new modern factory was established in Patras in order to meet the increased demand of the product in the international markets. The company is constantly evolving and investing in new machines and facilities.
1974
The new modern factory, which covered an area of 11,000 m2 was inaugurated, At the same time, the complex's offices were erected in a five-storey building. One hundred years after its founding, nothing resembles the original small unit.
2006
The old factory in Aigio, which is still in operation until today, was rebuilt following European quality standards.
2016
The new century finds the business in creative effervescence. Continuous modernization of facilities and machinery, innovation and new dynamics lead the company to the next day.
Today
Complete renovation of the factory and modernization of the machines and the quality assurance systems. The new generation is creating the way for the future.
